Ifeoma Ologwa

Ifeoma Ologwa, MBA, CPHR, SHRM, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as an HR Community Advisor for Newcomers at CPHR BC & Yukon and HR Recruiter at Strive Living Society. Ologwa also holds the role of HR Project Leader for Save the Water™ on a probono basis. Previous positions include HR Officer with the Open Government Partnership, where responsibilities involved managing high-volume global recruitment and improving HR processes, as well as HRM/ES at the Institute For Work And Family Integration and a Human Resources/Programs Officer at NCMG International. Ologwa holds a Master of Business Administration from University Canada West and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from University of Ado Ekiti, Nigeria, alongside education from Chulalongkorn University.
