Arthi D

Arthi D has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Arthi is currently the Founder & CEO of STRIVE-PlantByte Foods and Nutrition, a wellness company that offers plant-based protein beverages. Arthi launched India's first plant-based RTD High Protein Beverage as part of their role.

Before that, Arthi worked as a Volunteer at The Founder Institute from May 2015 to March 2016. Arthi also co-founded UnBuffer in April 2015, which lasted until September 2015.

Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Arthi held various positions at Indegene, starting as an Associate Manager and later becoming the Manager - Regional Marketing Leader for US and EU markets. Arthi worked in this role from June 2013 to December 2014.

Arthi also has experience as a Healthcare Consultant at Sysintelli and Family Health Centers of San Diego, where they worked from 2011 to 2013 and 2012 to 2013, respectively.

In the earlier stages of their career, Arthi worked as an Associate Consultant in Brand Management at inVentiv Health from March 2010 to July 2011. Arthi was also a Project Coordinator at Integral Molecular, where they managed biotechnology projects and contracts for the NIH, earning their a Leadership Award.

Arthi gained valuable consulting experience at The Wharton School, where they worked as a Project Leader and Business Consultant from 2008 to 2009. Arthi also briefly worked as an Advisory Associate at KPMG Financial Advisory in 2008.

Overall, Arthi has experience in entrepreneurship, marketing, consulting, and healthcare, showcasing their versatile skill set.

Arthi D started their education in 2002 at the American International School in Riyadh, where they pursued an International Baccalaureate (IB) degree with a focus on Psychology and English. In 2003, they enrolled at Anna University and completed their Bachelor's degree in Technology, majoring in Biotechnology and minoring in Marketing, in 2007. Arthi then pursued further studies at the University of Pennsylvania and completed a Master's degree in Biotechnology from 2007 to 2009.
