Ryan Tan

Ryan Tan currently serves as an Associate at Grayscale Ventures and STRIVE, focusing on investments, portfolio value creation, and capital formation, while providing support to various startups at different funding stages. Previously, Ryan worked as an Analyst at KordaMentha in restructuring and turnaround advisory and founded R&B Education, successfully helping over 50 students gain admission to prestigious universities. Ryan's early experience includes internships at Partners Group and HP Wealth Management, with a strong academic background consisting of a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Durham University.
