Penny Kilen

Penny Kilen is an accomplished Wellness Coordinator currently serving the City of Peoria, Arizona, since July 2023 and continuing in a similar role with Strive Well-Being, Inc. since July 2019. With extensive experience in developing and sustaining workplace wellness programs, Penny Kilen has a strong focus on providing tools and resources that promote healthy lifestyles. Previously, Penny Kilen worked at Unitypoint Health Des Moines from June 2006 to June 2019, combining roles as a Wellness Coordinator and Health Coach. Penny Kilen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa.
