Lauren Laitin, MCC has over 20 years of professional experience in leadership, coaching, and legal roles. Lauren began their career in 2000 as an Organizational Leadership Specialist at the National Security Agency, where they were recognized with the Outstanding Achievement Award for their work. In 2008, they joined Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates as an Attorney in the #1 Tax Controversy & Litigation practice group. In 2014, they became a Partner at Tandem Legal Group, a boutique firm specializing in emerging and high-growth companies. In 2015, they founded Parachute Coaching, where they have partnered with senior leaders and their teams on a range of topics including leadership & career development, communication strategies, change management, and establishing corporate culture. In 2020, they joined Strive (acquired by FranklinCovey) as Lead Facilitator & Content Consultant and in 2021 they became a Founding Guide at Chief, a VC-backed women’s leadership network.

Lauren Laitin has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Arts in Middle East and Asian Languages and Cultures from Columbia University (1996-2000), a Master of Public Administration from The George Washington University (2002-2004), and a Doctor of Law from American University Washington College of Law (2005-2008). Lauren has also obtained certifications as a Licensed Attorney from the D.C. Bar and a Master Certified Coach (MCC) from the International Coaching Federation.
