Joshua Holbrook

Joshua Holbrook has a diverse work experience starting from 2015. Joshua began their career at Waiter on the Way as a Customer Service Representative Lead/Trainer, responsible for catering sales, order entry, and dispatching. During this time, they also served as the Waiter on the Way Delivery Driver Lead/Trainer, ensuring order accuracy and customer satisfaction through timely delivery. Joshua contributed to the development of training manuals and utilized a proprietary TMS for order entry and dispatching.

In 2018, Joshua joined Buchanan Hauling & Rigging, Inc. as a Logistics Carrier Sales Specialist, where they established and maintained relationships with carriers, negotiating freight charges. Joshua later transitioned to the role of Logistics Carrier Procurement and Solutions, onboarding new carriers and streamlining the load matching process through process creation and SOP development. In their most recent role at the same company, Business and Marketing Analyst, Joshua worked to increase process efficiency through technology utilization, while also generating automated reports using VBScript, VBA for Excel, and Windows Task Scheduler.

Currently, Joshua is serving as a Business Analyst at both Striven and Miles Technologies, starting in 2022.

Joshua Holbrook obtained an Associate's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Ivy Tech Community College, which they attended from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they received a High School Diploma in General Studies from Blackhawk Christian School in 2006. Joshua has also obtained several certifications, including "Project Execution: Running the Project," "Project Initiation: Starting a Successful Project," "Project Planning: Putting It All Together," and "Foundations of Project Management," all from Google, in 2023. Joshua also holds a certification in "Critical Thinking for Better Judgment and Decision-Making" from LinkedIn in 2022. In addition, they have completed courses such as "Learning Microsoft Dynamics 365: The Basics," "Project Management: Choosing the Right Online Tool," "Social Selling Benchmarks and Scorecard," and "What is Graphic Design?" from LinkedIn, all in 2022. Joshua's earliest certification is a "Certified Logistics Technician (CLT (AE))" from the Manufacturing Skill Standards Council, which they obtained in 2019.
