Janice Ungruhe

Janice Ungruhe is the current Senior Manager of Executive Services at StriveTogether. Janice has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, and volunteer coordination.

Janice started their career in 1990 as an Human Resources Assistant at the Drackett Company. In 1993 they transferred to Bartlett & Co. as an Human Resources Coordinator. There they were responsible for recruitment of non-exempt employees, benefits administration and assist with special evevnts like the United Way campaign and philanthropy efforts of the company. After three years at Bartlett & Co., Janice moved to Center for Chemical Addictions Treatement in July 1999 where they served as their Human Resources Manager until September 2006.

In their current role at StriveTogether, Janice is responsible for supporting the CEO and other executives by managing their schedules, preparing correspondence, and handling special projects as needed. Janice also manages all office operations and procedures, including purchasing and maintaining office supplies, equipment, and furniture.

Janice Ungruhe pursued a BSBA in Human Resources Mgmt from Bowling Green State University.

They work with Rosa Inés Méndez - Senior Manager of Innovation, Collaborative Improvement, Bridget Jancarz - Chief of Staff, and Rachel Holley Flynn - Executive Assistant to the COO. Janice Ungruhe reports to Jennifer Blatz, President and CEO.
