Janice Tse

Janice Tse has a diverse work experience. Janice is currently a Senior Solutions Architect at STRIVR, where they started in March 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Solutions Architect at STRIVR from November 2019 to June 2022.

Before joining STRIVR, Janice was a Consultant at Deloitte from April 2018 to April 2019, where they were fast-tracked to Consultant level and trusted to independently support a leading global hospitality client's post-merger integration. Their responsibilities included change management strategy design and execution, reporting and analytics for communication and deployment efforts, command center set up and management, webinar content creation and delivery, and cross-functional support for communications, change management, and deployment needs. Janice also worked as a Business Analyst at Deloitte from August 2016 to April 2018, gaining experience through a variety of client projects such as compensation and equity data management, marketing operating model redesign, and Oracle Cloud implementation.

Janice also has experience in the non-profit sector. Janice worked at SOURCE Nonprofit Consulting as a Managing Lead Consultant from April 2015 to May 2016, and as a Consultant from September 2013 to April 2015. At Kids4Kids Limited, a non-profit organization in Hong Kong, Janice held various roles from 2009 to 2012, including Student Advocate, Project Leader, and Head of Event Planning. In this role, they planned, organized, and executed several events, expanded the Kids4Kids Advocates Leadership program, and collaborated with the Student Advocates Team to reach out to potential non-profit partners and student volunteers.

Janice also gained internship experience at Mitchell International as a Business Strategy & Operations Intern in 2015, at Janus Capital Group as a Marketing Summer Intern in 2014, and at UNICEF Hong Kong as a Fundraising Intern in 2013.

Janice Tse has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics and International Relations Dual from Claremont McKenna College. Before attending college, they earned an International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma from the Chinese International School.
