Justin Cellona

Justin Cellona has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Justin began their career as a Software Engineer Intern at ClearWater Tech LLC in 2015. In 2015, they co-founded ObserVR, a company focused on bringing 2D content into virtual reality. The platform allowed multiple streams of 2D content to be played in virtual reality while adapting the 3D environment accordingly. However, Observer Analytics grew out of ObserVR in August 2017 due to changing market dynamics and a growing developer ecosystem. Observer Analytics was an analytics platform for VR and AR that provided full visibility into user experiences and allowed for easy analysis of user engagement. In 2016, Justin joined Observer Analytics as the CPO and Co-Founder. Observer Analytics was later acquired by STRIVR, a company specializing in VR training. At STRIVR, Justin has held multiple roles, including Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, and currently, Senior Product Manager. In their current role, they oversee the learner persona and manages the in-headset experience.
