John Hale has a strong background in technology and IT, with over 20 years of experience. Their most recent role was as the Chief Technology Officer at Strivtech, where they have been working since July 2015. Prior to that, John worked as a Systems Engineer at m3nyc from February 2012 to January 2023. John also served as the Head of IT at DeeDevelopments from March 2007 to May 2010, and as a Systems Administrator at Reflected Networks from September 2006 to June 2007. Before that, they held the position of Head of IT at KLMA from February 2005 to September 2006. John's earlier experience includes roles as a Network Security Chief at Secure Network Operations Inc. from January 2002 to January 2005, and as a Network Security Chief at SNOsoft Research Team from 2002 to 2005.

John Hale attended Columbia University from 2000 to 2004. John pursued a degree in Computer Science and specialized in the field of Computer Science during their time there.
