Hemanth Vyas is a finance professional with extensive experience in statutory reporting, regulatory compliance, and auditing. Currently serving as the Statutory Reporting and Regulatory Compliance Controller at Strix Group plc since June 2023, Hemanth has previously held positions at Bally’s Corporation as a Finance and Accounts professional and as Head of Finance at SpenglerFox. A notable career also includes roles at KPMG Isle of Man, where Hemanth progressed from Audit Senior to Audit Manager, alongside experience at EisnerAmper and SVD Advisors. Hemanth began the professional journey at Deloitte India as an Audit Senior Assistant after earning a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Osmania University.
