Michael Pelzer

Michael Pelzer serves as Vice President of Real Estate at Ströer SE & Co. KGaA since April 2017. Previously, Michael held various positions at T-Mobile Polska, including Director of the Excellence Programme, where a company-wide lean transformation was implemented, and Director of Facility Management & Real Estate, managing a portfolio of approximately 220 properties and overseeing major real estate projects. Michael's career began at Deutsche Telekom AG, where roles spanned from Senior Manager Regional Management CEE to Manager Transfer Pricing, contributing to governance processes and the establishment of a harmonized transfer pricing model. Michael holds a Diplom Oekonom from Ruhr University Bochum and has additional qualifications as an Action Learning Advisor from the ICAN Institute.
