Robert Kotas

Robert Kotas is an accomplished strategic project manager with extensive experience in managing complex projects, including the implementation of PLM systems and optimizing business processes at Strojmetal Aluminium Forging a.s. since March 2021. With a strong background in investment project management at Povrly Copper Industries, and extensive consulting experience at Orban Consulting, Robert has successfully led initiatives in restructuring, post-merger integration, and strategy across various industries including automotive and consumer products. Previous roles have included managing director at innogy Consulting GmbH, commercial director at FANS, a.s., and sales manager at Siemens PLM Software, demonstrating a robust ability to drive operational improvements and strategic change. Robert holds a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Czech Technical University in Prague and has also studied at DePaul University.
