Dominic Brand is the current Executive Director of Strategy, Insight & Tech at Stroke Association. Dominic has also worked for De Beers- Forevermark as the Global Marketing Director from January 2007 to December 2014. During their time with Forevermark, Dominic was responsible for developing the business and operating model, leading all aspects of the global brand including vision, strategy, positioning, proposition, product strategy, visual merchandising, training and creative communication development across all channels. Dominic also oversaw the digital sphere globally, covering strategy, media and analytics, web, app and ad development, CRM and social media integration. In addition, Dominic integrated Africa based CSR programme and recruited marketing infrastructure and personnel in the centre and core markets- Greater China, India, Japan and USA. Under Dominic's leadership, Forevermark achieved exceptional growth and met stretch business plan targets.

Dominic Brand's educational career began at Lancaster University, where they studied management sciences with a focus on marketing. Dominic then went on to study English, history, and economics at King's College in Taunton.
