Julia Shepherd has a diverse work experience. Julia started their career at MILTON KEYNES COMMUNITY FOUNDATION LIMITED in 2015 as an Operations Assistant. In January 2016, they transitioned to the role of Marketing & Fund Development Assistant. Julia continued working in this position until September 2016. Moreover, they joined the Stroke Association in September 2016 as a Supporter Care Assistant and then became a Supporter Care Team Leader in February 2017. Finally, in February 2019, they were promoted to the position of Events Officer at the Stroke Association.

Julia Shepherd pursued their education in a chronological manner. In 2014, they enrolled at The Open University, where they focused on studying Business/Commerce, General. Their studies, however, were paused in 2016. Following this, in 2019, Julia attended the Chartered Management Institute and completed a Level 3 Diploma in Principles of Management & Leadership in 2020.
