Sergey Lyapustin

Sergey Lyapustin has over 15 years of professional experience in software engineering. In 2007, they began their career as the Head of IT Department and Software Integration Engineer at Optim-Doors. In 2005, they worked as a Software Integration Engineer at System Technologies, Ltd. In 2015, they founded and served as CTO of i-Counter.ru. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at The Motley Fool, Senior Python Software Engineer at Wearehuman.io, and Python Software Engineer and Tech Lead at SnapEDA. In 2019, they were a Lead Software Engineer at STROLID, Inc. and in 2020 they were a Senior Python Software Engineer at ACA Foreside. Throughout their career, they have worked on projects such as the enhancement and integration of the ForesideConnect with other services, creating a leaderboard dashboard for the internal scientist's competitions, and helping to get through a period of rapid growth.

Sergey Lyapustin obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University between 2001 and 2002. Sergey then obtained a Master's degree in Physics and Electronics from the same institution between 1997 and 2002. In November 2022, they obtained an AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
