Charleson Bell

Charleson Bell has a wealth of experience in the field of entrepreneurship and innovation. Charleson began their career in 2007 as a Research Assistant Professor at Vanderbilt University. Over the next five years they held a number of positions in the university, including Visiting Research Scholar and Observer, Postdoctoral Research Fellow, Doctoral Candidate - Graduate Research Assistant, and Mayfield Graduate Program Coordinator. In 2012, they took on the role of President and Co-Founder at BioNanovations Corporation. That same year they were also a Cohort Member at Zero to 510: Medical Device Accelerator. In 2013, they became CINO, Inventor of the Flash Crystal, and Co-Founder at Crystal Innovations, Inc. In 2018, they joined the Wond'ry as Director of Entrepreneurship, Biomedical Innovation, and I-Corps. Charleson was later promoted to Director of Biomedical Innovation, Biodesign, and I-Corps, and also took on the role of I-Corps Consultant. In 2019, they became Chief Innovation Officer at Stroll, Inc.

Charleson Bell attended Vanderbilt University from 2003 to 2015, obtaining a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Biomedical Engineering in 2007, followed by a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering in 2009, and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Biomedical Engineering in 2015. In 2022, Charleson Bell attended Harvard Business School for the Young American Leaders Program (YALP) in the field of US Competitiveness.
