Melvyn Roerdink

Melvyn Roerdink's work experience begins in 2009 when they started working at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam as an Associate Professor in the Department of Human Movement Sciences, specializing in Technology in Motion. Melvyn held this role until at least the present.

In 2021, Roerdink joined Strolll as the Chief Innovation Officer, a position they currently hold.

Melvyn Roerdink has a strong educational background in the field of Human Movement Sciences. Melvyn earned their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) between 2004 and 2009. Prior to their doctoral studies, they completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Movement Sciences at VU Amsterdam from 1999 to 2004. Melvyn Roerdink also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Human Kinetic Engineering from De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained from 1997 to 2005.
