Previously, during tenure at BCT Berlin City Tour GmbH from April 2011 to March 2019 as a Vertriebsmitarbeiter, Amjad was responsible for promotion, customer acquisition, passenger assistance, customer service, providing tourist information, and delivering historical insights about the city.
