Anna-Karin Andersson has extensive experience in marketing and tourism. Anna-Karin worked at Stromma as the Head of Online Sales & City Pass, overseeing online sales and leading a central online sales team. Prior to that, they held the role of Head of City Pass, promoting city sightseeing packages and free travel options.
Before their time at Stromma, Anna-Karin worked at Visit Stockholm in various roles, including Marketing Analysis Manager and Marketing and Digital Campaign Manager. Anna-Karin also served as the Marketing and Product Manager for the Stockholm Card, a strategic marketing tool for the city. Additionally, they worked as a Project Manager for Tourist Services, overseeing communication and marketing activities for the Tourist Services department.
Anna-Karin has also been involved with European Cities Marketing, serving as a member of the Research and Statistics Knowledge Group and as Vice Chairperson of the City Cards Knowledge Group. Anna-Karin has also worked at Västerås Turistbyrå as a Tourist Information Officer, providing information and booking services.

Three times, Stromma has won the TRIP Global Award for ”Best experience in Sweden”. Twice for the canal cruises on Göta Kanal and once for Strömma Kanalbolaget.
