Michala Pedersen has extensive experience in sales support and customer service, currently serving as a Sales Support & Product Coordinator at Stromma since February 2017. Previous roles at Stromma include Sales and Support Coordinator, Customer Service Coordinator, Team Leader Assistant, and Ticket Seller. Prior to Stromma, Michala worked as a Praktikant at Bifrost Rejser and as a Ticket Seller at Strömma Group. Early career experience includes serving as an Interviewer at TNS Gallup Denmark and as a Produktionsmedarbejder at Carletti A/S. Academically, Michala holds a degree in Tourism from Aalborg University and a degree in International Business Communication with a focus on English and American Studies from Copenhagen Business School, complemented by studies in Communication and Marketing at Tecnológico de Monterrey.
