Enosh Ojwang is a highly self-motivated professional with extensive experience in climate, agriculture, and economic inclusion. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor for Climate and Agriculture at Strømme Foundation since May 2021, Enosh previously held roles at GOAL Global, including Portfolio Coordinator for Agriculture Markets and Market Development Officer, from June 2019 to May 2021. Prior experience includes a Senior Officer position for the Youth Skills Enhancement Project at Save the Children International and roles at Echo Bravo! Education & Training! and AVSI Foundation, focusing on livelihood programs and project implementation. Enosh's educational background includes pursuing an MSc. in Environmental Science and Management at Uganda Christian University, along with various certifications in sustainable development from UNITAR and an MBA from Gulu University.

Our most important interventions in the fight against poverty are education, economic inclusion/job creation and a strong civil society. Vår visjon er en verden uten fattigdom. Vi driver langsiktig utviklingsarbeid sammen med lokale partnerorganisasjoner i Sør. Våre to viktigste verktøy er utdanning og jobbskaping. Ved å gi folk tilgang til utdanning, små lån og sparemuligheter, bidrar vi med stigen ut av fattigdom. Men det er de fattige selv som må klatre. Dette kaller vi Hjelp til selvhjelp.
