Strong City
Tracy Reich serves as the Design Director at Strong City since August 2023, focusing on creating graphics and managing social media for a nonprofit dedicated to combating poverty and violence and partnering with community organizations for student-led recreational programs. Previously, Tracy held positions as a Design Intern at Rimon at Tulane Hillel and a Cashier & Customer Service Representative, overseeing customer service in a restaurant. In August 2023, Tracy also participated as a Wave Leader at Tulane University, mentoring incoming students. Earlier experience includes roles as Waterfront Staff and Camp Counselor at URJ Camp Harlam, leading swim instruction for youth. Additionally, Tracy founded a baking business, The World's Gone Bananas, donating over $2,500 to various nonprofit organizations. Tracy is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Design, and Strategy, Leadership & Analytics at Tulane University, expected to graduate in May 2026.

A new way for cities to share resources and empower underserved youth. Strong City is a 501(c)(3) working to disrupt cycles of poverty and violence in New Orleans by directly supporting local organizations with missions of promoting youth development. We envision a strong, united community that prevents any child from slipping though the cracks.
