Brianne Black, MBA, NAMU-CMU is an experienced quality control auditor and mortgage processing professional with a solid background in the mortgage industry. Currently serving as a Quality Control Auditor at Strong Home Mortgage, LLC since March 2019, Brianne’s responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing files for compliance with internal and investor requirements, as well as conducting data analysis for quality control. Prior to this role, Brianne held various positions at FirstBank from April 2015 to March 2019, including Underwriter and Processing Team Lead Manager, where Brianne excelled in a fast-paced environment and led a team to achieve high standards in processing and customer service.
