Heather Christie

Heather Christie is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience in franchise support and international expansion. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at STRONG Pilates since February 2023, Heather is responsible for overseeing franchisee experience, studio onboarding, and brand compliance. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer at F45 Training from October 2017 to October 2022, Heather managed operations for a global franchise network, achieving a 300% growth in locations across over 60 countries. Heather also held various roles at Uber, focusing on workforce management and support organization, and began their career at TargetCW. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in New Media Design from the State University of New York Cortland.
