Carrie S. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the healthcare and consulting sectors. Carrie co-founded SeekCare in 2021 and currently holds the position of Co-Founder. In 2022, they joined StrongRoom AI as a Business Development Consultant. Prior to that, Carrie worked at Aveo Group from 2017 to 2021, where they served as a Health and Wellness Case Manager, handling home care case management for retirement villages. Carrie also held the position of Industry Liaison Clinician, managing a respite care project and handling sales and marketing for retirement villages and service apartments. Additionally, Carrie provided aged care advisory services and networked with home care and residential aged care providers.

Carrie's earlier experience includes working as a Grade 5 RN at Healthcare Australia in 2017 and as an Investment Consultant at Austrump from March to July 2017. Carrie started their career as a Registered Nurse at RDNS Group in 2014 and worked in that role until March 2017. From 2010 to 2017, Carrie served as a Care Coordinator at Southern Cross Care.

Carrie S. completed their Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Flinders University between 2008 and 2010. In 2015, they earned a Certificate IV in Frontline Management from Insight International Consultancy, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. The following year, in 2016, they obtained a Certificate IV in Sales Rep from REIV, focusing on Real Estate. Lastly, in 2017-2018, Carrie attended the Mentor Institution of Financial Planning and received a Diploma of Financial Planning, specializing in Financial Planning and Services.
