Valeshan Naidoo

Valeshan Naidoo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. In 2021, they worked as a Aged Care Technical Lead and Frontend Developer at StrongRoom AI, where they demonstrated their skills in frontend development. Prior to that, in 2021, they served as the Frontend Manager at Build You, where they were responsible for managing and leading the frontend development of an online platform.

From 2018 to 2021, Valeshan worked at Kaleidoscope Digital as a Frontend Web Developer, Project Manager & Product Strategist. In this role, they added new components and features to subsidiary sites, ensured a smooth customer journey, managed the roll out of new customer products, and maintained consistent performance.

In 2020, Valeshan worked as a Frontend Developer at Ayonix, and from 2011 to 2017, they served as a Senior Sales Advisor at Telstra. They also had a leadership role as the CEO of YouStart from 2015 to 2016, where they focused on assisting inexperienced entrepreneurs with their startups using an agile methodology. Their responsibilities included website development, networking, creating documentation, writing articles, providing creative solutions, pivoting the business model, and managing social media services.

Additionally, Valeshan gained experience in the field of healthcare as a Radiation Therapist - Clinical Placement at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre from 2013 to 2014. During this clinical placement, they demonstrated strong communication and coordination skills, and performed tasks such as patient treatment planning and conducting treatments.

Valeshan Naidoo pursued various educational degrees throughout their academic career. From 2017 to 2018, they attended Treehouse and obtained a Techdegree in Full Stack JavaScript. Before that, they studied at Monash University from 2012 to 2014, where they earned a Master's Degree in Medical Radiologic Technology/Science - Radiation Therapist. Valeshan'sundergraduate education also took place at Monash University from 2007 to 2010, where they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Science.
