Betty Joseph

Betty Joseph has over 15 years of professional work experience. Betty began their career in 2003 as an HR Trainee at Taj Coromandel and UCAL Fuel Systems Ltd. In 2004, they took on the role of Recruiter at Oracle (i-flex Solution). In 2012, they became Business Manager at Covenant Consultants, where they were responsible for client acquisition and CRM. In 2015, they co-founded and became Director of Aleph Tav Technologies Pvt Ltd, where they worked to make Cyber Security affordable to enterprises of all sizes. Lastly, in 2017, they became Director at StrongBox IT Pvt Ltd.

Betty Joseph completed their Master of Social Work (MSW) from Madras Christian College in 2004, with a focus in HR. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Asan Memorial College in 2002, with a focus in Business Administration, Management and Operations.
