Alin Lupascu

Alin Lupascu has a diverse work experience spanning over 12 years. Alin began their career at Unisys in 2009, where they provided desktop support for Microsoft employees and resolved service requests for MS software. In 2011, they joined Zions Bancorporation as an IT Specialist, offering helpdesk level IT support for company employees on various hardware and software issues. Alin then moved to 3M Health Care in 2013 as a Technical Support Engineer, where their responsibilities included configuring application and server roles/features, as well as diagnosing and repairing HL7 message issues. In 2015, Alin joined Oracle as a Senior Technical Support Engineer III, managing and resolving Service Requests logged by clients on Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Taleo Enterprise, and Social Sourcing products. Alin'srole involved configuring client zones and features, as well as working with R&D to resolve application bugs and issues. Most recently, in 2021, Alin started working at strongDM in Customer Engineering. The details of their roles and responsibilities at strongDM are not provided.

Alin Lupascu obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer Science and Information Systems from Salt Lake Community College from 2014 to 2016. Alin then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology from Western Governors University, which they completed from 2018 to 2019.

In addition to their degrees, Alin Lupascu earned several additional certifications. In December 2018, they obtained the LE-1: Linux Essentials certification from the Linux Professional Institute. In 2019, they obtained the following certifications: Advanced HTML5 & CSS3 Specialist from Certification Partners (CIW), CompTIA Cloud Essentials Certification from CompTIA, User Interface Designer from Certification Partners (CIW), CompTIA A+ ce Certification from CompTIA, CompTIA IT Operations Specialist – CIOS Stackable Certification from CompTIA, CompTIA Network+ ce Certification from CompTIA, CompTIA Secure Infrastructure Specialist – CSIS Stackable Certification from CompTIA, and CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA. Additionally, they obtained the CompTIA Project+ Certification in 2018 and the Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification in 2022.
