Adriana Valentina Hernández Moreno

Adriana Hernandez is a Senior Customer Support Engineer at ServiceRocket, with a solid background in IT service management and hands-on experience configuring workflows and managing documentation processes in Confluence, as well as expertise in various applications including TFS4JIRA and Agile Poker. Prior to ServiceRocket, Adriana worked as a Retail Sales Consultant at Samsung Electronics, focusing on promoting and selling Samsung ecosystem products, and provided customer service support. Additionally, Adriana served as an Analyst Support Junior at Solutions for Everyone, managing project implementations and migrations for Jira and Confluence. Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science at VIU - Universidad Internacional de Valencia, expected to graduate in 2026.
