Chad Rusek

Chad Rusek has extensive experience in accounting and finance. Chad began their career in 2002 as a Supervisory Senior at Ernst & Young. In 2008, they moved to M Financial Group as a Senior Accountant in Internal Auditing. In 2011, they joined Rentrak as an Assistant Controller and Business Risk and Controls Manager. In 2016, Chad was recruited to Comscore, Inc. as a Vice President of Accounting and Finance, where they led the International Accounting team and was responsible for the monthly close process for the Rentrak entities. In 2019, they moved to Cyren as Vice President of Accounting and Finance, where they developed accounting procedures and tools, and was responsible for the consolidated reporting of foreign subsidiaries. In 2022, Chad joined strongDM, Inc. as Vice President of Corporate Controller (remote). In this role, they led and directed all accounting functions and facilitated the completion of strongDM's first annual audit.

Chad Rusek obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics/Accounting from the College of the Holy Cross in 2002. In addition, they have obtained Certifications in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc.
