As a Senior Analyst-Incident Management, they led the team through a ticketing system change and implemented improved criteria for operational incident documentation. As a Risk Management Analyst, they managed a large project queue, mentored team members, and provided support as needed. Additionally, as an Implementation Specialist, Joellene coordinated between departments for 401k plan provision and fund lineup changes, conducted training sessions, and implemented process improvements.

Joellene began their career at Financial Engines (now Edelman Financial Engines) as an Office Administration and Mail Clerk, where they handled incoming and outgoing mail, maintained office supplies, and processed enrollment documents. Their exceptional performance led to their promotion as an Operations Specialist.

Before joining Financial Engines, Joellene gained valuable experience as a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, where they oversaw baristas, managed the store's safe, and trained staff in drink preparation and store operations.

Joellene Blood received their Bachelor's degree in Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics, and Special Effects from Collins College, where they studied from 2004 to 2008.
