Stronger Families
Kevin Conklin serves as the Spiritual Formation and Staff Pastor at Southbrook Church since March 2011, focusing on fostering deep connections between the congregation and God. In addition, Kevin has been a Master Level Trainer for Stronger Families since December 2015, facilitating marriage and relationship seminars for U.S. Military couples. Previously, Kevin contributed to Focus on the Family as a Thriving Pastor Interim Executive Team member in 2014 and assisted with group dynamics at Christ Fellowship Church in 2008. Early in the career, Kevin held the position of Student Ministries/Small Groups Pastor at Kendall United Methodist Church from 2004 to 2006. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication/Theatre Arts from Taylor University and has additional theological training from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School.

Stronger Families’ mission is to bring life-changing skills to marriages and families so they can be strong and thrive. Thousands of military and civilian families are flourishing thanks to Stronger Families’ marriage-reviving, family-strengthening programs - both online and live events. Stronger Families has been addressing the root issues of marriage and family decay for over twenty years. In that time, we have learned that couples are most likely to succeed when they have relationship training and support. Without these two resources, their marriages and families are at greater risk of breaking apart.
