Noel Meador is an experienced professional in organizational leadership, currently serving as the Executive Director and previously as the Communications & Marketing Director at Stronger Families since 2008. Prior to this role, Noel served as a Pastor at Calvary Chapel Salem from 2000 to 2006. Noel holds a Master's degree in Education from Western Oregon University, attained between 2002 and 2003, and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Westmont College, completed in 2000.

Thousands of military and civilian families are flourishing thanks to Stronger Families’ marriage-reviving, family-strengthening programs - both online and live events. Stronger Families has been addressing the root issues of marriage and family decay for over twenty years. In that time, we have learned that couples are most likely to succeed when they have relationship training and support. Without these two resources, their marriages and families are at greater risk of breaking apart.
