In addition, Beverly is the founder of Farm House Collective, an innovative project transforming the historic Farm House Motel into a vibrant mixed-use destination that integrates dining, retail, and cultural experiences. As CEO of Lamb Energy, Beverly has led a National Award-winning company dedicated to renewable energy solutions since 2009. Furthermore, as Managing Member of Bailey California Properties, Beverly oversees a real estate development firm managing assets worth $25 million, currently working on revitalizing the vintage Farm House Motel in Riverside while preserving its historic character.
