Mike Hilcove

Mike Hilcove is an accomplished professional in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as SVP and Head of M&A at Stronghouse Brands since June 2024. Previously, Mike held the position of Vice President of Business Development (M&A) at American Vision Partners from October 2020 to June 2024, where significant contributions were made to one of the largest eye care practice management organizations in the U.S. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President and Director of Business Development (M&A) at Dinan Capital Advisors and as a Senior Associate at Innovation Capital, LLC, focusing on advisory services in various industries. Mike began the career at Credit Suisse as a Summer Analyst after earning a BS/BA in Finance from USC Marshall School of Business.
