Dominic Robinson

Dominic Robinson has a diverse work experience spanning different organizations and roles. Dominic currently holds the position of VP Communications, Marketing & Sustainability at StrongPoint since November 2020.

Prior to that, Dominic worked as the Director of Communications & Public Policy at Peltarion from 2017 to 2019. During their time there, they were responsible for securing media coverage and profile pieces for the company in renowned publications like Forbes and Bloomberg. Dominic also played a key role in setting up the Swedish AI Council.

From 2014 to 2016, Dominic was a part of the EMEA policy & communications team at Uber. Dominic joined the company when it was relatively unknown and contributed to its growth and public visibility. Dominic worked on strategic campaigns for over 20 European countries and collaborated with internal stakeholders and external agencies.

Before Uber, Dominic served as the Institutional Ethics Officer at Transparency International from 2011 to 2013. In this role, they led public advocacy campaigns related to ethics and anti-corruption efforts in European chapters of the NGO. Dominic also initiated a campaign that promoted anti-corruption measures in Greece through EU-IMF bailout administrative reform.

From 2006 to 2011, Dominic was an Account Manager in the Corporate Communications team at Hill+Knowlton Strategies. Dominic developed and implemented policy and communication campaigns across Europe, managed outreach with parliamentarians and journalists, and conducted media perception and reputation audits for clients. Prior to that, they worked as an EU Public Policy Intern at the American Chamber of Commerce to the European Union (AmCham EU) in 2006.

Dominic's early work experience includes an internship at the House of Commons in 2001.

Dominic Robinson completed their Bachelor's degree in European Politics & History at the University of Leicester from 2001 to 2004. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree at the College of Europe in Natolin from 2005 to 2006. The field of study for their Master's degree is not specified.
