Erica Brown

Erica Brown has extensive experience in emergency response and customer service, currently serving as an Emergency Dispatcher for the City of Strongsville since August 2018. Prior to this role, Erica worked as a Police Dispatcher for the City of North Ridgeville from March 2017 to August 2018 and as a Prestige Advisor at Ulta Beauty from January 2016 to July 2017, where exceptional customer service was emphasized. Earlier experiences include roles as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant at Coleys CNC Machining and Human Resources Assistant intern at Clark Reliance Corporation, as well as a Marketing Research Assistant at PolyOne. Erica holds an Associate of Business in Business Administration and Management and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Lorain County Community College, as well as a Certificate of Business in Marketing from Lorain County Joint Vocational School District.
