Susan currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at Structural Elements®, a cash-based practice specializing in addressing structural imbalances in the body. This program provided their with an in-depth understanding of franchise management. In 2014, they obtained the Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) designation from the International Franchise Association.

To enhance their business acumen, Susan pursued an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the Quantic School of Business and Technology. Susan is expected to complete their studies in 2022.
