Dilip Dedhia

Dilip Dedhia is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in software development, statistical modeling, and data analytics. As a Senior Associate at Structural Integrity Associates since February 2007, Dilip has led significant projects such as PRAISE-CANDU and beyond-PRAISE, focusing on probabilistic fracture mechanics software for nuclear energy applications. Prior roles include Principal Engineer at Engineering Mechanics Technology, Inc. and Senior Engineer at Exponent Failure Analysis Associates, where software for failure analysis was developed. Additionally, Dilip has a strong academic background, holding a Ph.D. in Material Science from Oregon Graduate Center and a B.E. from the Indian Institute of Science. Teaching experience includes several programming and design-related courses at UCSC Extension in Silicon Valley, where Dilip also served as Interim Director, Engineering & Technology, developing online curricula.
