Jeff Milligan

Jeff Milligan is an experienced professional in non-destructive evaluation and aircraft maintenance, currently serving as the Manager of the NDE Application Development Group at Structural Integrity Associates since June 2009, where responsibilities include overseeing the NDE Research, Development, and Integration Group. Prior to this role, Jeff served as an Aircraft Maintenance Officer and Commander of the 315th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron in the US Air Force Reserve from May 1997 to July 2019. Jeff's earlier career includes a position as a Technical Sales Engineer at Olympus NDT from July 2000 to June 2009. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business.
