Xinglong Jiang

Xinglong Jiang has a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry, with over 20 years of experience. Xinglong currently holds the position of Senior Vice President at Structure Therapeutics Inc, a position they have held since July 2020. Prior to this role, they worked at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson as a Director, where they led the China CMC SM API team for Process R&D and developed outsourcing strategies to build partnerships with CROs. Xinglong also worked at AstraZeneca Innovation Center China as the Head of CMC, overseeing daily activities in API Development, Analytical Development, Drug Product Development, and Clinical Supply Chain. In addition, Xinglong Jiang worked at Novartis Pharmaceuticals Co. as a Fellow and Senior Fellow, contributing significantly to projects for Process R&D and developing safe and robust manufacturing processes. Xinglong also held positions at Roche Carolina Inc. as a Principal Scientist, where they supported process development for various projects, and at RTI International as a Postdoctoral associate, focusing on drug discovery and SAR studies in CNS. Overall, Xinglong Jiang has a wealth of experience in process development, project management, and leadership roles in the pharmaceutical industry.

Xinglong Jiang completed their Master of Science (MS) in Organic Chemistry from Beijing Normal University from 1984 to 1987. Later, from 1991 to 1995, they pursued their Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Connecticut.
