Kristi Leo

Kristi Leo has extensive experience in the structured finance industry, starting as an Associate at PwC in 1994. Kristi then worked at Deutsche Bank Securities in various roles, culminating in Managing Director positions in the Structured Finance Group. From 2013 to 2019, Kristi founded and served as President of Boulder Advisors, providing advisory services to clients in the structured finance industry. Additionally, they held the role of Advisor to the Structured Finance Association before becoming its President in 2019. Throughout their career, Kristi has overseen strategic development, business growth, member engagement, and execution of CEOs' visions in the securitization industry.

Kristi Leo completed their Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University in 1994.
