Rachel Sparks

Rachel Sparks, PE, CFM, is a Senior Project Engineer at American Structurepoint, Inc., since November 2021. Prior to this role, Rachel served as a Project Engineer at GAI Consultants, Inc. from January 2018 to November 2021 and worked as a Hydraulic Engineer for the Indiana Department of Natural Resources from August 2016 to December 2017, where expertise in developing hydrologic and hydraulic models and floodplain maps was demonstrated. Rachel's academic foundation includes a Master of Science in Engineering focusing on Ecological Sciences and Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering, both from Purdue University. Additional experiences include roles as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and as a Vanguard Mentor within Purdue University, as well as participation in STEM outreach activities through the Women in Engineering program.
