Elliott Van Stelle, P.E. has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Elliott first worked as an Electrician Apprentice at Duro Electric Company from 2002 to 2008, where they gained exposure to various industries and developed skills for the design phase of projects. In 2008, they joined The Christman Company as a Project Engineer Intern, working on a $54 million Sports Complex construction project. Elliott managed small teams, handled documentation and records, and collaborated with contractors and the Architectural/Engineering firm. In 2009, they joined V3 Companies as a Resident Engineer/Construction Manager, being responsible for overseeing the completion of projects such as the William G. Stratton Lock and Dam. Elliott managed a $17 million extension of the existing lock, renovation of the lockhouse, construction of a new dam and docking piers, and site work improvements. Since 2015, Elliott has been with Structures Inc., where they started as a Project Manager and successfully completed the Montane Bridge over Turkey Creek project. Elliott then served as the Senior Project Manager before being promoted to Vice President in October 2020. Overall, Elliott's work experience reflects their leadership, project management, and technical skills in the construction industry.

Elliott Van Stelle, P.E. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Calvin University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended Denver Christian High School from 2001 to 2005.
