Steen Jakobsen

Steen Jakobsen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles, particularly within social services and health sectors. Since January 2002, Steen has served as the Chairperson for Social, Health, and Labor at Struer Kommune, while also holding the position of Municipal Council Member. In April 2020, Steen became the Vice Chairperson for Social Psychiatry at Danske Regioner. Additional roles include serving as a Council Member for Region Midtjylland and a member of the Scientific Ethical Committee at DNU since January 2014. Steen leads the Bank Council at Spar Nord in Holstebro since May 2019 and has been a teacher at Storåskolen since January 2000. Steen’s educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Nr. Nissum Seminarium and training as a graphic designer from Fjerritslev Avis.
