Frank van Herpen

Frank van Herpen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and operations across various sectors, including public safety, facilities management, and higher education. Currently serving as Directeur at Strukton since October 2025, Frank previously held the position of Afdelingshoofd Facilitair Management at De Nederlandsche Bank. Notable roles also include Directeur Faciliteiten en Informatietechnologie at Hogeschool Rotterdam and Kwartiermaker meldkamer Noord-Holland for the National Police.
