Jan Rodig

Jan Rodig is a Partner and Head of the Competence Center for Digital Performance & Analytics at Struktur Management Partner GmbH since January 2020, providing strategic support for businesses in digital transformation. In addition to this role, Jan serves as the Conference Host for the Digital Performance Conference, focusing on practical digitalization strategies for SMEs. Jan has extensive experience as a keynote speaker on digital transformation and innovation, holding prior leadership positions including CEO and Co-Founder at tresmo, Senior Project Manager at Accenture, and Vice President at Deutsche Bank. Jan's educational background includes Executive Education in Organizational Leadership from Harvard Business School and a Diplom in Business Administration from the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt.
