Kelly Meagher

Kelly Meagher is a Project Manager and Environmental Scientist at Strum Consulting since January 2023, with prior experience as a Project Manager at SUMMIT and as an Aquatic Scientist at Matrix Solutions Inc. from 2012 to 2022. Kelly has led Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) in Aquatic Ecology, authored various technical reports, and served as a Field Lead on diverse projects including aquatic ecology and spill response. Additional expertise includes hands-on fieldwork in electrofishing, water quality collection, and hydrological surveys. Kelly's career began with roles as a Jr. Biologist at Streamworks Inc. and Applied Aquatic Research Ltd., and also includes archaeological work and outreach program coordination in the educational sector. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Aquatic Resources and Archaeology from St. Francis Xavier University.
