Jan Kaltoun

Jan Kaltoun has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jan began their career as a Business process consultant at ITG, s.r.o. in 2008. Jan then worked at Chance a.s. as a Developer, focusing on web betting systems. Jan also worked at Eventival, Ltd. as a Lead developer, where they managed development projects for a film festival management solution. Jan then joined Core Net Solutions s.r.o. as a Project Manager, specializing in software development using Scrum methodology. Jan also served as a Lecturer at the University of Economics, Prague, teaching classes on Databases and Informatics. Jan then worked at Gemalto as an Integration Expert, integrating products for the Telco & Banking industry. Jan briefly worked as an IT Solution Analyst/Architect at Česká spořitelna, a.s. before becoming a Freelancer in 2003. As a freelancer, Jan provided analysis and development services for various companies in the web application field. Currently, Jan is the Chief Technology Officer at STRV, overseeing the operations of the Design & Engineering department and managing a team of engineers and designers across multiple platforms.

Jan Kaltoun's education history is as follows:

Jan Kaltoun attended Prague University of Economics and Business from 2006 to 2009. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Applied Informatics.

In 2011, Jan Kaltoun had the opportunity to study abroad as an exchange student at Seoul National University. Jan focused on Informatics and Industrial Engineering during their time there.

After their return to Prague University of Economics and Business, Jan Kaltoun continued their education and completed their studies from 2009 to 2012. Jan obtained an Ing. degree in Applied Informatics.

In addition to their academic achievements, Jan Kaltoun also obtained a certification in IELTS with a band score of 8.5 in April 2023. This certification was awarded by IELTS Official.
